
YOGA IN THE PARK
No yoga experience necessary!
Gentle Yoga: This class incorporates simple standing, seated and floor poses focusing on strength, balance and flexibility. Classes will offer a variety of breathing exercises to calm and relax our bodies and clear our minds. Each class ends with a final relaxation which allows participants to begin to physically and mentally integrate the benefits of the class.
This class is adaptable for a wide variety of ages, fitness levels, backgrounds, age groups and health conditions. Modifications/options are provided throughout the entire class.
WHAT TO BRING TO EACH CLASS:
yoga mat, folding chair for added support, bug spray, extra blanket
When: Mondays, Sept. 11th – October 9th
Time: 5pm – 6pm
Where: Fairmount Park
Cost: $25 for all 5 weeks
(or $6 Drop In)
