Join Bangor Parks & Recreation for a fun and competitive Adult Co-Ed Dodgeball League!
Whether you're looking to relive your gym class glory days or enjoy a fun night
out with friends, this league is a great way to stay active, meet new people,
and compete for bragging rights!
LEAGUE FORMAT
Dates: January 27 – March 3, 2027
Match Days: Wednesday Nights
Match Times: Beginning at 5:30 PM (times vary by team)
Location: Johnston's Gym at EMCC, Bangor, Maine
Schedule: 5 weeks of regular-season play + single-elimination playoffs
Registration Deadline: January 13, 2027
Registration Fee: $200 per team
TEAM REQUIREMENTS
Six players on the court per team.
Maximum roster of 10 players.
At least 2 players of each gender on the court.
Teams must register together & designate a team captain.
League minimum: 4 teams; maximum: 12 teams.
MATCH FORMAT
Matches are 15 minutes long. Teams play as many games as possible
within that time, and the team with the most game wins wins the match.
LEAGUE PLAY & PLAYOFFS
Teams compete against a variety of opponents during the five-week regular season.
Each team will play up to three 15-minute matches per night,
with game times determined by the number of registered teams.
All teams will advance to the single-elimination playoffs on March 3,
with seeding based on regular-season standings.
Championship T-shirts will be awarded to the winning team!

Open to adults ages 18+ of all skill levels!
Whether you're a seasoned dodgeball player or just looking for a fun
way to stay active this winter, this league welcomes teams ready
for some friendly competition.

TEAM REGISTRATION DETAILS
All teams MANDATORY online registration deadline is January 13th.
Team registration must be done by Coach / Captain / Payee.
Please fill out team roster form & email to:
jessie.scarpa@bangormaine.gov by January 15th.
PLAYER REGISTRATION DETAILS
Once teams register and finalized rosters are
received, your team captain will be sent individual
registration links for each player to complete.
Players must agree to the Code of Conduct / Game Rules
Player registration deadline is January 20th.
