Bangor Community Garden - A safe and enjoyable place to get your hands dirty, share knowledge of gardening, learn some new gardening tricks from your neighbors and enjoy outside time while growing goodies to harvest in the fall! The Bangor Community Garden is located at 402 Essex Street. Online registration is open to RETURNING GARDEN MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING on January 31, 2026  Any available beds will be open to NEW GARDEN MEMBERS beginning March 1, 2026.  NEW GARDENERS FOR 2026Please stop into Bangor Parks & Recreation to complete a GARDEN PLOT APPLICATION & SIGN OFF ON GARDEN RULES and REGULATIONS. You will be placed on a waiting list.   Please know space is limited and we will do our best to accommodate all New Gardeners.  Completion of the Application does not guarantee a plot .  Space is limited. Scroll down to register online.
