Mark your calendars for the end of
season Learn to Skate Showcase!
Skaters who have participated in at least one session of the
Bangor Parks & Recreation Learn to Skate program
this season are welcome to participate in the show!
Showcase will include solo performances
and group performances!
(Group Numbers) - All skaters are eligible for
at least one group number and the Finale.
(Solo Numbers) - Skaters in Pre-Free Skate and above
are welcome to perform a solo during the show.
(Limited to one solo per skater with a maximum time of 1:30
or time allowed by the skater's Competitive Singles Level.
Solos must be reviewed and choreographed by a coach
and songs must be approved by the director.)
This year's theme is Friendship
and will include costumes!
Skaters may choose between a skirt or sash.
This is included in the show fee. After the show skaters
may keep their skirt / sash. Costumes will be kept at
Sawyer Arena until the night of the show.
(Measurements will be required at sign up.
Costume cost included in registration fee.)
Music choices need to follow the
US Figure Skating Music Policy.

Showcase Schedule on Sunday, March 9th
- (Warm up) Ice Solo Performers - 4:10PM - 4:30PM
- (Warm up) Ice Group Numbers - 4:30PM - 4:50PM
- (Zamboni Ice Make) - 4:50PM - 5:00PM
- (Showcase Starts) - 5:00PM
