Calling All Dancers
Ages 19-91
Looking for a new form of exercise?
Come dance with us on Thursdays!!
Research says: Line dancing is good for your body and your mind. We need to keep the brain cells as active as the muscles! Think of it like doing a puzzle, math, memory games and sweating!
It is good for you and FUN!
Dance to all kinds of music: country, oldies and some contemporary music. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes – please no sandals, flip flops, sneakers, clogs or heels.
Thursdays, 10:00 - 11:30 am
This class is for experienced dancers who are comfortable
with higher level and faster paced dances.
High Beginner hour: Thursdays 9 – 10
High Beginner hour 9-10: This class is designed for folks who have done some line dancing in the past and/or are familiar with basic dance steps: grapevine, jazz box, K step, shuffle, rocking chair, V step etc and are comfortable on the dance floor. Dances taught in class use those basic dance steps plus more.
