Yoga 4 You - Monday Classes
No Yoga experience necessary – all ages, fitness levels, backgrounds and age groups are welcome! Modifications/options are provided throughout class! This gentle yoga class will focus on strength, balance and flexibility and will offer a variety of breathing exercises to calm and relax the body and clear the mind. Classes will end with a final relaxation which allows participants to begin to physically and mentally integrate the benefits of Yoga.WHY YOGA: Fall in love with Yoga - a time for self-nourishment and reflection.
