Classes will offer a variety of breathing exercises to calm and relax our bodies and clear our minds. Each class ends with a final relaxation which allows participants to begin to physically and mentally integrate the benefits of the class.This class is adaptable for a wide variety of ages, fitness levels, backgrounds, age groups and health conditions.
