4:00 PM - 9:00 PM	Men's 39+ Softball Draft League 2026 - 39+ Men's Draft Softball 39+ MEN'S DRAFTSOFTBALL LEAGUE - JOIN THE FUN - The 39+ Adult Softball Draft League (Senior Rules) is a recreational, slow pitch, men’s league designed for adults aged 39 and older who want to stay active, enjoy friendly competition, and be part of a supportive, social community. The focus is on sportsmanship, teamwork, and fun, all within a structured yet relaxed environment suitable for players of all skill levels. Draft Style Teams: Players register individually and are placed on teams (14 max on a team) through a preseason draft conducted by team managers to ensure balance and fairness. All players must be registered and fully paid before participating in the draft. Last day to register is August 24th. All **NEW players must participate in the mandatory preseason evaluation at Union St. Complex. (Again, only this years NEW players need to be at the mandatory evaluation night) First 56 players registered are guaranteed to be drafted unless there are 84+ signed up and wait list. EVALUATION DATE: Sunday, August 23rd @ 5pm (Union Street Complex) Season Length: Dates: August 23rd - October 4th August 23rd: Evaluation (NEW PLAYERS ONLY) @ 5:00pm August 24th: Draft (Coaches ONLY) @ Bangor Parks & Recreation August 30th: First Day of Games (Doubleheaders scheduled each Sunday evening) WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR COACHES, PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM TO INQUIRE Games Per Week: Two games each week (Sunday evening doubleheaders) Rain outs will be rescheduled on an additional Sunday or a weekday evening depending on field availability. Rules & Field Use:  ASA/USA Softball rules apply, with age-appropriate modifications to prioritize safety and enjoyment. Equipment: Players should bring their own glove and bat (senior-approved bats only). Game balls are provided by the league.
