39+ MEN'S DRAFTSOFTBALL LEAGUE
- JOIN THE FUN -
The 39+ Adult Softball Draft League (Senior Rules) is a recreational, slow pitch, men’s league designed for adults aged 39 and older who want to stay active, enjoy friendly competition, and be part of a supportive, social community. The focus is on sportsmanship, teamwork, and fun, all within a structured yet relaxed environment suitable for players of all skill levels. Draft Style Teams:
Players register individually and are placed on teams (14 max on a team) through a preseason draft conducted by team managers to ensure balance and fairness.
All players must be registered and fully paid before participating in the draft.
Last day to register is August 24th.
All **NEW players must participate in the mandatory preseason evaluation at Union St. Complex. (Again, only this years NEW players need to be at the mandatory evaluation night)
First 56 players registered are guaranteed to be drafted unless there are 84+ signed up and wait list.
EVALUATION DATE: Sunday, August 23rd @ 5pm (Union Street Complex)

August 24th: Draft (Coaches ONLY) @ Bangor Parks & Recreation
August 30th: First Day of Games (Doubleheaders scheduled each Sunday evening)

Games Per Week:
Two games each week (Sunday evening doubleheaders)
Rain outs will be rescheduled on an additional Sunday or a weekday evening depending on field availability.
Rules & Field Use:
ASA/USA Softball rules apply, with age-appropriate modifications to prioritize safety and enjoyment.
Equipment:
Players should bring their own glove and bat (senior-approved bats only).
Game balls are provided by the league.
Jersey will not be provided.

Women's Draft Softball League - 18+ - Women's Softball League - 2026
Ladies! Step onto the field and be part of our Adult Women’s Softball Draft League!
This 18+ league brings together players of all experience
levels for six weeks of fun, balanced play, and great community.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting back into the game,
the focus is on camaraderie, sportsmanship, and friendly competition.
This is a draft-style league, meaning all players register individually and are placed onto teams during a pre-season draft conducted by league organizers. This format helps create evenly matched rosters and encourages players to meet new people and build lasting connections.EVALUATION DATE: Sunday, August 16th @ 4pm (Union Street Complex) Season Details:
Regular Season is Aug. 23rd – Sept. 27th (Minus Labor Day weekend. Six weeks of games total)
Five weeks of double headers played on Sundays + Double elimination playoffs Oct. 4th

August 16th: Evaluation (NEW PLAYERS ONLY)
August 17th: Final day to register & Draft (Coaches ONLY) @ Bangor Parks & Recreation
