Veterans Yoga Project is on a mission to support recovery and resilience among veterans, military families, and communities.
 
Veterans Gratitude Week is a national outreach and fundraising event that encourages yoga studios and instructors across the country to host donation-based classes to support the veteran community. Everyone is welcome to take these classes!

The Bangor Parks and Recreation is proud to host this fundraiser event for the Veterans Yoga Project! Instructed by Andrea White-

 
This class will be offered on a “donate-it” forward basis to support Veterans.
The class is free to Veterans and open to anyone over the age of 18.

Donations can be brought on the day of OR can be given using the following link

Folks should wear comfortable clothing and if possible bring a yoga mat.
