Futsal: (a modified form of soccer played with five players per side on a smaller, typically indoor, field.)

The program will include two 1 hour sessions a week. The first 30 minutes of each session will include drills and skill building. The second 30 minutes of each session will be for 5 v 5 games amongst the participants.

This is intended to be an instructional program, with friendly matches played at every session. This is not a team sport. To make teams, players will be matched up based on skill level and age groups before every game is played.

Games will consist of two 20 minute halves. Substitutions will be made on the fly as needed. OR every 5 minutes to ensure playing time for all participants.

The program will be led by the William S. Cohen Middle School Soccer Coach: Keith Simpson

HOSTED AT THE BANGOR PARKS AND RECREATION
647 Main St. Bangor, ME.
