Shape Up

“Shape up” – a full body workout for all ages and fitness levels from the beginner to the active person. The Instructor is using intervals for this low impact class focusing on balance, strength, flexibility, core work on and off the floor, body weight exercises, yoga and relaxation at the end of each class.
 
Equipment provided: resistance tubing or bands and a small playground ball (if you have your own equipment, please feel free to bring)

Equipment recommended: a yoga mat and/or a larger size towel for the floor work.

DUE TO NEW STATE MANDATES, FACE COVERINGS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
